We had planned a wonderful trip and were so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my husband had some health problems and we were unable to go. I was anxious about being able to get a 100% refund, because it was shortly before we were supposed to leave that my husband had difficulties. Marybeth spent time with me on the phone and walked me through all the steps I would need to go through when contacting the insurance agent. When I finally called the insurance agent it was a relatively easy process to go through because of the information Marybeth had given me. Marybeth continued to follow-up with us as we went through the process. And yes, we did get a 100% return. We highly recommend Marybeth as a travel agent and a person who can support you when planning a trip.
